Leïla Haye

Leïla Haye has a dual university education in French and Italian law. She holds a bilingual Master 2 in European Law, specializing in business law from the University of Paris Nanterre and a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza from the University of Bologna. She was sworn in as a lawyer in March 2019.

After consolidating her skills with international firms in France and abroad (Italy, Luxembourg, Russia, Ivory Coast) and working for five years in a renowned Franco-Italian firm, Leïla Haye decided to create her own structure.

She advises major French and international companies and groups operating in a variety of sectors on company law issues, merger and acquisition projects and the drafting of commercial agreements. Leïla Haye also advises foreign companies, particularly Italian, wishing to set up and develop their activities in France.

Leïla Haye is a member of the Union International des Avocats (UIA).

Her working languages are French, Italian, and English.
